Publix Caught Selling To Minors

I went to the Publix on Hwy 5 Friday night and as I passed the aisle that usually holds the beer and wine I noticed an employee putting up packages of toilet paper--and there was no wine and beer to be seen. Later my mother said she overheard someone saying the store had been caught on Tuesday or Wednesday of last week selling alchohol to minors and had been put on probation. I've heard of convienience stores in the county being put on probation, but never a grocery store. How can a grocery store, whose checkout lanes display signs that say they won't sell alcohol to anyone under 21, illegally sell alcohol to minors? It's definitely something to think about and a problem that needs to be solved.
